Street Art or Is It?

A couple of weeks ago some young artists got together and decorated the age old University walls with graffiti paintings. The result is a collage of colorful artworks depicting certain socio-political problems : violence against women, global warming, gore in cinema etc. 

There were fifty artworks in total all interesting in their own way. Here are some of my favorites. I especially like the second one - a touch of Jackson Pollock!

A Tender Yearning

The silent mornings saturated with explosions of warm light, 

dark nights full of stars, and the ageless smell of mango groves. 

I really do miss home these days.
